CHU²

CHU², read CHUCHU, is the stage name of Chiyu Tamade: leader, DJ and producer of RAISE A SUILEN. She attends Celosia International School a year ahead of her age.

What makes CHU² stand out

  • She assembled the band. She found Pareo through a faceless keyboard video, left a one-word comment on it, and called her in for an audition. Pareo was the first member she scouted.
  • 140 cm, and giving the orders. The shortest of the five by a wide margin, born 7 December, and clearly in charge. The band rehearses in the penthouse she lives in.
  • Two decks and a sampler. Her rig is a Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX2 and a TORAIZ SP-16, and she writes the tracks with music software rather than at a band instrument.

What this collection covers

Good Smile Company's work here is all plush: the standard CHU², and a 17 cm dress-up plushie with a RAISE A SUILEN T-shirt.
