Buggy

Buggy the Star Clown is the nominal president of Cross Guild and one of the Four Emperors in One Piece. He began as an apprentice on Roger's ship alongside Shanks, and his reputation has kept outrunning him since.

What makes Buggy stand out

• Cut him and nothing happens The Bara Bara no Mi splits his body into pieces he steers through the air and makes him immune to slashing. Only his feet stay put.
• Swallowed by accident He ate the fruit by mistake while planning to sell it, the sort of luck that follows him.
• An Emperor by confusion Prisoners freed at Impel Down followed him because he had sailed with Roger, and that put him at the head of Cross Guild.
