Angel Devil on video

Angel Devil

The Angel Devil is a devil in Tatsuki Fujimoto's Chainsaw Man and a Public Safety Devil Hunter in Tokyo Special Division 4. He works in the division's dark suit, with a halo above shoulder-length hair and white wings at his back.

What makes Angel Devil stand out

  • Touch is the danger. Skin contact drains a person's lifespan into him, and cloth breaks the effect, which is part of why he keeps his distance from everyone.
  • Lifespan becomes a weapon. He draws the years he has stored out through his halo as spears and blades. The five-year sword appears to kill without leaving a mark.
  • He would rather not fight. Makima rated him the second-strongest agent in Division 4 after Kishibe, and his laziness kept him from using it.
  • A devil with little hatred for humans. Unusual among devils, he shows almost no hostility towards people, and apologises to the ones whose years he spends.

What this collection covers

Frequently asked questions

1. Which arc does he come from?

He debuts in the Bomb Girl arc, the storyline the Reze Arc film adapts, which is why the film-branded releases use his design.

2. Is he a Fiend?

No. He is a Devil, with his own body rather than a corpse taken over.

3. Why is he in a suit?

He is a Public Safety Devil Hunter, and the suit is division uniform.

4. What is PalVerse Pale?

Bushiroad Creative's stylised small-figure line, a chibi-scale alternative to the articulated releases.
