What Makes a Figure "18+"?

Adult figures are pin-up style collectibles based on anime, game, or original characters, sculpted with mature themes. The key term to know is cast-off: many adult figures have removable clothing parts, letting you choose how the figure is displayed. Product pages note when a figure is cast-off compatible.

Compared to standard scale figures, adult figures tend to be larger scales (1/6 and 1/4 are the norm, versus 1/7 for mainstream figures), produced in smaller runs, and driven almost entirely by pre-orders — more on that below.

How this list was built, and what it leaves out. We matched our 18+ catalogue to MyFigureCollection by JAN barcode; 54% of the shelf matched, and coverage varies a lot by maker — some studios are indexed on MFC far more thoroughly than others, so their figures naturally surface higher. Several of the very highest-wishlist pieces are also long out of production and impossible to buy, so they are not here. Wishlist counts were read on 9 August 2026 and drift over time. Treat this as "well-liked things you can actually get today", not a definitive ranking.

Why These Sell Out and Rarely Come Back

Adult figures are produced in limited runs sized to pre-order demand, and popular releases often never get a rerun.
