Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Orders are filled in the order received. If supplier allocation falls short, your order rolls to the next batch or you can request a full refund.
• Payment Options
Most pre-orders offer two options at checkout: Full Payment (10% discount, paid in full now) or Deposit (full price, balance invoiced at ship).
• Combined Shipping
Orders containing pre-order items ship only after all items in the order have arrived.

• Cancellations
15% processing fee, waived if you accept store credit. Cutoff orders are non-cancelable after cutoff; otherwise cancel within 30 days of purchase.

Neko Metal drew Metako, with her distinctive two-tone hair, in pursuit of creating a cute and stylish character. Details such as her jacket and accessories were sculpted with meticulous attention to detail, with even translucent material used for further expression of textures. Be sure to add the cute and stylish Metako to your collection!
