This meticulously crafted model represents one of the few armored fighting vehicles hastily designed by the Soviet industry following the German invasion in 1941. In a remarkable feat of engineering during wartime, Grabin’s design bureau at the Gorky plant no. 92 successfully mounted the powerful 57mm ZiS-2 gun onto the chassis of a Komsomolets artillery tractor. Despite challenges with the availability of both the chassis and the gun, the production managed to complete around a hundred units. This model kit captures the essence of the ZiS-30 with incredible detail, offering a piece of history for enthusiasts and collectors alike.
