Discover the iconic sixth generation Skyline R30, famously known as The Newman Skyline, in this detailed assembly type plastic model kit. The R30 underwent a full model change from the C210 series and in October, it was equipped with a 4 cylinder 4 valve DOHC FJ20 engine, making it a sought-after vehicle. The RS model saw further enhancements in February 1983 with the addition of a turbocharger to the FJ20, earning it the title of "The most powerful car". This Turbo RS, the base for the Super Silhouette skyline, marked its return to racing activities. By February 1984, the RS received an intercooler, transforming it into the Turbo C with a maximum power of 205 horsepower, making it the strongest skyline in history.
This model kit represents the Turbo C, offering you the chance to build a piece of automotive history. Although the molds for this kit were designed and developed in the 1930s and may not meet today's replication standards, the inclusion of genuine aluminum wheels and aero parts allows for a personalized build.
