Discover the iconic BNR34 GT-R model kit, a tribute to the legendary vehicle that set the automotive world ablaze upon its release in January 1999. With its superior specifications outshining its predecessor, the BCNR33 GT-R, this model captures the essence of innovation and performance. Designed to be more compact with a reduced front overhang, it features the meticulously refined RB26DETT engine with its valve covers painted in a striking glossy red. The addition of a carbon fiber hood equipped with a NACA duct and a 6-speed transmission from Getrag highlights its racing pedigree. Despite Japanese regulations capping power at 280PS, this powerhouse managed to deliver a maximum torque of 40.0kg-m, leading its class among JDM cars of the era. Production of this iconic car came to a halt in August 2002 due to new gas emission laws, marking the end of an era.
This detailed model kit celebrates the V-spec II's late production features, including the distinctive NACA duct.
