Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order allow you to reserve or purchase items before their official release. Estimated arrival dates are provided on product pages whenever possible, but these are for reference only and may change due to factors beyond our control.

Trading Card Game (TCG) Releases — Subscription-Based Pre-order Workflow

Before the formal pre-order window opens, please click “Pre-Order Subscription” on the product page to join our subscription list. Once the supplier confirms our allocation, we will open pre-order and  send a notification email to every subscriber.

Joining the subscription list does not guarantee a pre-order allocation.

• Pre-order items are available online only and cannot be purchased in-store.
• Limited quantities are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A cut-off date may be provided to secure your order.

• Orders containing pre-order items will not ship until all items are ready.
• Free shipping for combined orders is only available if shipped together. Separate shipments will incur additional fees.
• Oversize Packages: For some preorder items—we may not have final package dimensions in advance. If the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the amount paid at checkout,

  we reserve the right to contact you to collect the difference.

For certain high-demand items, if the supplier is unable to fulfill all pre-order on the first arrival, any remaining unfulfilled orders will automatically be placed on a waiting list and fulfilled during the next restock wave.

All pre-order items are final sale which cannot be exchanged or canceled.

The estimated arrival date is based on the supplier’s schedule and may be delayed without notice. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
