Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order allows you to reserve or purchase items before their official release. Estimated arrival dates are provided on product pages whenever possible, but these are for reference only and may change due to factors beyond our control.

Trading Card Game (TCG) Pre-Orders — Subscription-Based

TCG releases (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece TCG, Dragon Ball Super, etc.) are listed for email subscription only until our supplier confirms allocation. No payment is collected at the subscription stage. Once allocation is confirmed, we notify subscribers by email and the product opens for normal pre-order checkout.

Subscribing does not guarantee an allocation. Quantities are limited and depend on supplier confirmation; subscriptions are processed in the order received but we cannot reserve a unit until the pre-order opens.

• Pre-order items are available online only and cannot be purchased in-store.
• Limited quantities are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A cut-off date may be provided to secure your order.

• Orders containing pre-order items will not ship until all items are ready.
• Free shipping for combined orders is only available if shipped together. Separate shipments will incur additional fees.
• Oversize Packages: For some pre-order items we may not have final package dimensions in advance. If the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the amount paid at checkout, we reserve the right to contact you to collect the difference.

Pre-orders are filled in the order received. For high-demand items, if our supplier is unable to fulfill all pre-orders on the first arrival, unfilled orders will either:

• be placed on a waiting list and fulfilled during the next restock wave; or
• receive a full refund upon request.

Customers may switch between these two options at any time before their order ships.

At checkout, most pre-order products offer you a choice of two payment methods:

• Full Payment — Save 10%: Pay for the product and shipping today at a 10% discounted pre-order price. No invoice later. Cancellation is subject to the 15% processing fee described below, calculated on the discounted order total.
• Deposit — Full Price: Pay a deposit today to secure your order. We invoice the remaining balance (product balance + shipping) when your order is ready to ship. Cancellation forfeits your deposit (see below).

Some pre-order items may only offer one of the two options. The available choice is shown on the product page and at checkout.

• For pre-orders placed with a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is used to secure inventory and production allocation and will not be returned if the order is cancelled by the customer.
• For pre-orders paid in full, cancellation incurs a 15% processing fee, calculated based on the total order value. Alternatively, customers may request the full order amount as store credit, in which case no processing or restocking fees will apply.
• For pre-orders with a specified pre-order cutoff date, cancellations are not permitted once the cutoff date has passed.
• For pre-orders without a specified cutoff date, cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
• If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order due to manufacturer cancellation or insufficient supplier allocation, a full refund will be issued (including any deposit paid).

The estimated arrival date is based on the supplier’s schedule and may be delayed without notice. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
