Description
TVアニメ「宇宙海賊キャプテンハーロック」よりアルカディア号をキット化。アルカディア号は複数建造されており、本艦は二番艦に位置づけされています。（ちなみに「銀河鉄道999 劇場版」の髑髏艦首タイプは三番艦にあたります。） キットは、なるべくパーツの合わせ目が目立たないパーツ分割を採用。船体はサポートを挟み込む設計により、確実な組み立てと強度を確保しています。複雑なディテールが集中する艦橋は、スライド金型を使用しパーツを一体成形。三連装パルサーカノン（主砲）も砲身をスライド金型で開口。3本の砲身が独立して上下方向に可動し、砲塔は旋回可能。スペースバスター（速射砲）も上 下方向に可動。艦首のラムは部品の差替えにより再現。付属の展示用スタンドは支柱部分にトチローの墓標をイメージしたデザインを採用。成形色は、ブルー、ダークブルー、ブラック、ホワイト、レッド、ブラウン、クリアーイエローの7色の予定。 ボーナスパーツとして、同スケールの艦載機「コスモウイング」が２機付属。艦首や船尾楼のレリーフ彫刻に対応したデカールが付属。パッケージイラストは加藤直之 氏が担当。
