IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
Dear U.S. Customers,
Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. government will cancel the de minimis exemption (previously allowing shipments under USD $800 to enter duty-free). From this date, all shipments to the United States will be subject to import duties and taxes.
To ensure a smoother experience and avoid unexpected charges, we will collect the required duties and taxes on our checkout page.
Please be aware that the duty rates for P-Rex products vary depending on their country of origin. For example, products originating from Japan currently face an import duty of around 15%, while products originating from China may be subject to duties of around 30%. These rates are determined by U.S. Customs and may change depending on government policy.
We apologize for any inconvenience. After careful consideration and research, we believe this is the best and most transparent solution to ensure smooth delivery and prevent unexpected fees.
If you prefer to pay duties and taxes directly to the carrier upon delivery, please let us know before placing your order, and we will adjust your order accordingly.
⚠️ Important note: For orders placed before August 29, 2025, we are unable to pre-collect duties and taxes. If these shipments do not clear customs before August 29, you may still be required to pay the duties and taxes.

Hello prexhobby im diego and i have being interested of shopping with you guys for the first time ever heres a few of my questions i have first before doing so:
*how well are the gundams packed are they really safe being shipped long distances for example to usa california?
*i saw the victory dash gundam mg ver ka for preorder and what does it means the preorder is due in 4 days and when is it going to be shipped?
*also if one of my shipping come damge or anything happens to it do you guys have refunds ?
*and for last as the customer im looking for the best and perfect quality ever can i find that in you guys 😄
i cant wait for the response hopefully you guys do it sooner because the sooner the better i can make my first order thank you so much prexhobby
