It is a special-forces machine built on the Jegan D Type, flown by the Earth Federation and Londo Bell.

What it does in the story

In U.C. 0096 Londo Bell sends two Jegan D Types with a Stark Jegan as platoon leader to intercept the Sleeves freighter Garencieres.
